Remembering Yogi Berra • An American Life

September 23rd, 2015 • iizthatiiz

For reasons no one can quite explain, Yogi Berra touched the lives of millions.

He affected American culture well beyond athletics. Beyond his many accomplishments on the ball field, Yogi tapped deeply into common sense America. He represented eternal good cheer and optimism.

Without ever seeking the spotlight, America found it’s way to Yogi.
